Shipping

Shipping is currently Free on all orders. Once your payment is verified, your order may take up to 24 hours to process and dispatch. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed on the next business day.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us at bellephantlux.com with your order ID. Any eligible amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final, and products are generally non-returnable. We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for defect-free products due to personal preferences, look and feel, or minor variations in colour, finish, or material.

However, we offer a free replacement if your watch arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect. Please contact us at bellephantlux@gmail.com with your order ID, along with clear photos and a video showing the issue.

The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories and items received with the order.

Once the product is returned to us, it will be inspected for the reported damage or manufacturing defect. A replacement will be issued after successful inspection. If no defect or damage is found, applicable return and reshipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Partial COD

For Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable. This amount is collected to confirm the order and cover processing and logistics costs.

In case of order cancellation, refusal at delivery, or non-acceptance of the order, the advance amount will not be refunded.
